Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with us! Each item is made-to-order, especially for you, using our print-on-demand process. Because of this, we do not hold inventory or accept returns due to buyer’s remorse. However, we always aim to make sure you love your purchase.
1. Order Issues & Damaged Items
We accept returns or replacements only if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at customercare@dunamisco.net and include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the defective, damaged, or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we’ll either provide a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund.
2. Wrong Address or Delivery Issues
If you provided an incorrect shipping address, we cannot refund or reship the item unless it is returned to us by the courier (in which case you’ll need to cover reshipping costs).
If tracking shows an item as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for packages marked as “delivered.”
3. Cancellations & Changes
Because orders are automatically sent to production shortly after purchase, we can only accept cancellation or modification requests if your order has not been processed yet. So if you would like to cancel or make changes it is important to reach out to the company at customercare@dunamisco.net as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed we are unable to provide a cancellation or change to your order.
4. Non-Returnable Items
As all products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Buyer’s remorse (e.g., wrong size, color, or design chosen)
- Order errors due to incorrect information provided by the buyer
- Digital products (if applicable)
Please double-check your order details before finalizing your purchase.
5. Refund Process
Once your return/refund request is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
